Third-Party Services Notice

SmithShop can connect with third-party services, but those services are owned and controlled by their own providers. Customers are responsible for creating and maintaining their own third-party accounts, credentials, billing, approvals, and compliance.

Examples of third-party services

  • Payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, Square, and Authorize.Net.
  • Shipping and fulfillment services such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, Freightview, WARP, and ShipStation.
  • Marketing, analytics, and search services such as Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta, TikTok, and Mailchimp.
  • AI services such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Grok, or other OpenAI-compatible providers.
  • Hosting, DNS, CDN, SSL, email, and backup providers.

Provider rules apply

Each provider may have its own terms, pricing, API limits, credential rules, privacy rules, approval process, prohibited products, and account review process. SmithShop cannot guarantee approval, availability, pricing, API behavior, or continued compatibility from third-party providers.

Credential safety

Customers should protect all third-party credentials, API keys, webhooks, tokens, and passwords. Do not send secrets through contact forms, AI prompts, public screenshots, or untrusted support channels.
