Order statuses, payment status, tracking, refunds, restock, customer accounts, and digital file delivery.

Order management

• Orders include customer details, line items, selected options, tax, shipping, payment status, and order status.
• Admin users can update order status, payment status, tracking details, shipping status, refunds, cancellations, and restock actions.
• Bulk delete is available for cleanup, but live stores should avoid deleting real customer order history unless required by policy.

Customers

• Customers can register, log in, update account details, view order history, and access digital downloads.
• Password reset email links allow customers to recover access without admin intervention.
• Guest order lookup lets a customer find an order by order number and email even without logging in.

Digital downloads

• Digital files are stored outside the public web root and delivered through controlled order download links.
• Download emails are sent after payment for digital orders. Admin can resend download emails for paid digital orders.
